Navigate www.bottegadellacanapa.com and choose the products you want to purchase. To find the products you are looking for you may use the navigation menus and click on the category you are interested in, on 'Latest' or type a keyword into the ‘Search’ box.
Choose the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on ‘Cart’ or ‘Add to Cart’.
If you already have an account, you can add your products to your Wishlist and purchase them later.
You don’t need to register to make purchases. However, if you create an account you can save your personal details and make the shopping procedure faster. Once you have registered on 'My Account' you’ll receive a confirmation email with your access credentials that we suggest you keep or print out. Log in with your credentials and you can view your order status, invoices and quotations in the Orders and Invoices section and your Wishlist.
N.B. Kindly make sure your phone number and email address are correct in case we need to contact you for any clarifications on your order or to keep you posted on the production and shipping of the products you have purchased.
ARE YOU A BUSINESS CUSTOMER (HOLDER OF VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER) ?
If so and you want to place an order, it is obligatory to register and enter your VAT number, business name and tax ID number when creating your account (click on 'Business Area'). The wholesale price list will be applied immediately after verifying your credentials (you will be notified via email as soon as possible, meanwhile you can still view the products with retail prices).
Once you have put the products you want to purchase in your cart, you can still make changes to your order and verify costs and transport modality. Please do not select BUSINESS options if you don't have a VAT registration number.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
If payment has not been successful (or you wish to change method of payment), please contact us via email and we will send you a new payment request or istructions.)
If you are a BUSINESS customer, please ignore the total amount indicated in the order confirmation and wait for electronic invoice before making the payment. You'll receive via e -mail the invoice with the exact amount to be paid and all the details necessary for the advance payment by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. The shipping costs in confirmation order are approximate, please wait for the invoice: the final costs will be calculated depending on the volume and weight of the packages.
COURIER AND SHIPPING COST
We ship to Europe by courier GLS with tracking number. Shipping cost varies by buyer location.
Your order will be processed only upon receipt of down payment. It will be dispatched approximately 1-3 business days after. (In case of bank transfer, the goods cannot be shipped until the sum appears on our account). After shipping you will receive an email with the shipment number so you can track your order on the courier's website (GLS).
